This is full technical decompression diving using any mix of EANx or oxygen. It also begin the development of knowledge and skills required for Tec 50.

Typically run over 2 ½ days and with a minimum of 4 dives, including three knowledge development sections and three practical application sessions; this intermediate course prepares you to more complex procedures while still handling only one decompression cylinder.

Key Benefits

• Use a single decompression gas enriched air or oxygen

• Make multi stop accelerated decompression dives using enriched air and/or oxygen

• Make single and repetitive dives to a maximum depth of 45 metres

Prerequisites

• Tec 40 or qualifying certification from another training organisation

• Rescue diver

• at least 18 years old

• CPR and First Aid certificate done within the previous 2 years

• 50 logged dives including:

  • 12 enriched air dives deeper than 18m

  • 6 dives deeper than 30m
